Shopthread is in development. Private testing is planned before a broader release. We have not announced a public launch date or subscription pricing.
What should I include?
Tell us what you’re trying to do or which page you’re asking about. Never send passwords, API keys, access tokens, or customer order data.

You can use the same email address to ask about information you have sent us or request a correction or deletion. Read our website privacy notice for more information.
Is this Etsy support?
No. Shopthread is an independent product by Hiroo Studio. For questions about your Etsy account, purchases, or marketplace policies, contact Etsy directly.
